NUVIA offers a 30-Day First Bottle Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible orders.

This guarantee allows first-time customers to try one bottle of NUVIA. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email used at checkout
  • A brief reason for your request
  • A photo of the product, if requested

Our 30-day guarantee is intended to give customers a fair chance to try NUVIA, while also protecting product safety and preventing abuse.


Opened Products

For health, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept physical returns of opened or used supplement bottles.

Opened bottles cannot be restocked or resold.

If your request qualifies under our 30-Day First Bottle Satisfaction Guarantee, we may issue a refund or store credit for one opened bottle per customer, household, or order.


Multi-Bottle Orders

If you purchased a multi-bottle bundle, such as a 3-bottle or 6-bottle supply, the guarantee applies only to the first opened bottle.

To receive a refund for additional bottles, those bottles must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • With the safety seal intact

If multiple bottles have been opened, used, or tampered with, those bottles are not eligible for refund.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must have been purchased directly from our website
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase
  • Any returned bottles must be unopened, unused, and sealed
  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or improper handling

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions if your order is eligible.

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A photo of the shipping package, if available

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


Refunds

Once your return or refund request is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Opened bottles beyond the first bottle covered by our guarantee
  • Empty bottles
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Gift cards, if applicable
  • Shipping fees, unless the issue was caused by our error
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees for Canadian orders

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send eligible unopened products.

Exchanges
