At NUVIA, we do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.


Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days
(Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email
  • Your tracking number will be included

⚠️ During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Estimated delivery: 2 to 4 business days

Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping):
3 to 9 business days


🇨🇦 Canada

Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days

Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping):
4 to 10 business days

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been marked as shipped.


Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.


Delays

While we work hard to deliver your order on time, please note that delays can occasionally happen due to:

  • Holidays
  • Customs processing

  • High order volume

These delays are unfortunately outside of our control.


Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages

NUVIA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery area
  • Asking neighbors or building management
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees.
